General information about shipping:

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate for delivery within Germany 5,99 euros per order.  
From a purchase value of 49, 00 € we ship within Germany free shipping.
Due to the size and weight, the shipping costs abroad are higher when ordering a Hyggebed. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page for your country.

ATTENTION: Please check your shipping address. In the event of any returns due to a faulty address, the shipping costs will be charged again for the second shipment.

Special instructions for shipping abroad:

For orders to an EU third country (e.g. Switzerland):

Customs duties and import taxes are incurred here, which are to be borne by the customer. They are not displayed in the ordering process, but are to be paid directly to the shipping service provider when the package is handed over.

In addition, due to the ongoing customs problems and the considerable additional work involved in shipping to a non-EU country, we have decided not to reimburse the VAT applicable in Germany, even if customs documents can be presented.
