For orders to an EU third country (e.g. Switzerland): Customs and import taxes are incurred here, which are to be borne by the customer. They are not displayed in the ordering process, but are to be paid directly to the shipping service provider when the package is handed over.

When you ordered a Hyggebed, the calendar week in which the Hyggebed was sent was displayed.
If you have also ordered Hyggebed accessories, these will be sent together with your Hyggebed.
So that you can make yourself hyggelig as quickly as possible, In the meantime there will be no more updates from us on the order status ;-) You will hear from us the next time when everything has been sent and we will send you the number for the tracking number in an email. We therefore ask you to refrain from previous inquiries.
After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items.
Important: The article must be in the Original packaging be sent back to us.
Labels attached to the products may not be removed. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount.
Please note that food, snacks and hygiene items are non-returnable. Articles from Zeeland Dog and the Hyggebed are also non-returnable, as these are custom-made products with many hours of craftsmanship.
