Returns

After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items.
Important: The article must be in the Original packaging be sent back to us. Labels attached to the products may not be removed. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount.

Please note that food, snacks and hygiene items are non-returnable. Articles from are also excluded from exchange Zeeland Dog As well as the Hyggebed, since these are custom-made products with many hours of craftsmanship. 

You bear the costs of the return yourself.

Important: Please be sure to state your order number so that we can allocate your return. If the order number is not specified, the return cannot be assigned and no refund can be made.
