Slip your index finger into the finger cot. Briefly moisten the tip of the finger cot. Using gentle circular movements, clean all sides, tooth for tooth. The gums can then be massaged and the tongue cleaned.

Disinfection by boiling, microwave or steam sterilization is possible.
